Bring Your Event
Emergence offers two magical locations to hold your event. Conduct your meeting or workshop in our Healing and Expressive Arts Center. Blend into your program: somatic therapy, visual arts, music, dance, drumming, sound healing and more. And bring your group to our nearby Gathering Space at the riverside hot springs location, where participants can enjoy being outdoors in the beauty of nature.
Group Leaders
As group leader, you’ll have your own private hot springs lodging next door to the Gathering Space at our Riverside Hot Springs Retreat. Lodging includes a three bedroom home (for one to four people), a private outdoor patio, a large outdoor hot springs tub and a climate controlled Solarium with magnificent views.
Meeting Spaces
Acoustic Room
Most group activity occurs in the Acoustic Room at our Healing and Expressive Arts Center. This multi-purpose room measures at 36.75 foot by 22.75 foot (golden ratio), with an 11-foot ceiling. The walls are enhanced with sound absorption and diffusion panels, and the ceiling with 90 NRC sound absorbing material. Art Studio
This room is 32 foot by 23 foot, with 12 foot high ceilings. Depending on table set-up, it can be a comfortable workspace for visual arts or an additional meeting room. Part of this space serves as a “living room” with a wood-burning stove and comfy furniture for relaxing. The Art Studio is our room for coffee, tea, wine and snacks, a perfect lounge area for meetings or workshops in the Acoustic Room. Read More
Riverside Gathering Space
This private and serene land has a large hot springs tub overlooking the Rio Grande, with sweeping views of Turtleback Mountain, the high desert and wide-open New Mexico sky. We invite people to come, soak, and find connection—with themselves, with each other, with nature, spirit, and that which unifies and uplifts us as human beings. Lodging
Each participant in your event arranges their own lodging in one of the many hotels or Airbnbs in town. T or C is unique with its abundance of geothermal mineral water. In the downtown hot water district, there is an eclectic selection of hotels and airbnbs with private hot springs where people can soak to their heart’s content. Much of the lodging in this quaint little town is within walking distance of Emergence.
Meals
Participants at Emergence have total autonomy in their choice of food. Most hotels and Airbnbs have kitchen facilities, so food can be cooked or prepared to suit individual needs. T or C has a surprisingly well-stocked supermarket (with an excellent selection of beer, wine and spirits). The town also has a variety of restaurants for dining out.
